We have now introduced a 48 hour turn-around for repeat prescriptions.
This is so we can simplify the system from the current one and deal with the workload effectively, making sure your prescription is ready on time.
For example, if you drop off your request on Monday at 10am it will be ready for you to collect from the Health Centre from Wednesday afternoon.
If you collect from a pharmacy they may require another day so that they can prepare your prescription for you as they will receive the authorised script from us after 48 hours.
